We are a small company who's dominate focus is service. We have loved the beach for 26 years and want to continue sharing it for another 26. Believing that community driven values will bring harmony to the scenic sands of 30-A—> What we are doing to help- 1: Relaxing our cancellation policy to allow renters more flexibility to cancel and less unused chairs on the beach. 2: We removed minimum days to rent so you only reserve the days you need 3: We canceled weekly specials which entice renters to reserve additional days and not show. 4: Our name tags can now be flipped when departing so we know to collect our chairs when you’re done. 5: We will now ask for chairs to be claimed by 2 pm or risk being removed from the beach. 6: We do not participate in the sale of Seasonal contracts or pricing that is not in line with retail market value. How can you help? Owners, property managers and residents- Help us rebrand what we call these empty chairs on the beach by defining them as “Seasonal sets. Seasonal sets are a contract between beach chair companies and you (Owners & PM’s) We can start at the source and asked you not pay for this service. Your vendors cannot currently manage scheduling and chairs go out when not needed. Ghost sets are defined by the county and vendors as speculative inventory/sets (unpaid sets you place in the hope they rent) Every time you or the County or any media says “Ghost sets, another owner signs a contract, not realizing they're part of the problem. Non seasonal Vendors- Lets chat, shoot me a message and swap ideas. 1-6 is good, but I want to hear what you think.
