Members of the team worked on the following assignments- fundraising for CoolTicket (mobile transactions platform)- sale of CZC.CZ (IT/electronics e-retailer) to E-commerce holding (Rockaway)- fundraising for Geewa (online gaming company)- sale of Mall.cz (CEE e-retailer) to Naspers - sale of Groupalia's subsidiary (e-commerce)- sale of NSN's subsidiary (telecom/data)- sale of Uteron (pharma producer)- sale of CAP (business services/data) We are currently looking for new talents: 1) Associate with up to 5 years of experience within one of these: M&A, valuation, modelling, audit, controlling 2) Analyst with up to 2 years of experience within one of these: M&A, valuation, modelling, audit, controlling
