Boobbatical LLC is a business consulting firm seeking to better support nursing moms in the workplace. We use a multifaceted approach to build a bridge of understanding that not only creates a better experience for moms returning to work after childbirth but also enables employers to retain key talent. We strive to- provide education and awareness around the unique challenges moms face in the workplace- equip managers and team members to confidently welcome women back to work after maternity leave, and - engage with employers to adjust policies and accommodations in a measured approach reflective of their company culture and goals.
