Book World Ngo
The National Book Festival was organized for the first time in 2007 on the initiative of B. Suvd, the host and editor of the TV programme “The Book World”. Since then, it has been organized annually by the NGO “Book World” on the weekends of the third week of May and September. It fulfills its mission and purpose of promoting book culture, encouraging children and young people to read books and preparing them for an intellectual future in an admirable way. In recent years, the foundation of Mongolian literature and culture has been further strengthened by inviting writers from neighboring countries and overseas.
