Bookorators

BookOrators is a global student organization dedicated to providing K-12 students with the tools and resources they need to become better readers. Literacy rates have fallen globally, as schools focus on fixing low test scores rather than emphasizing the importance of developing strong reading comprehension skills. The best way to solve this problem is to encourage students to read for enjoyment, as they are more likely to learn from something that they like doing. We believe that there are no students who hate reading, but students who have not found the right book to spark their interest in reading. To help students discover that spark, we provide curated individualized book recommendations, book discussions, and run events on reading and comprehension skills—at no cost!
