Boolean Recruitment is a 100% black female owned, local South African specialist Recruitment Company, focusing on the Energy, Transport and Telecommunications sectors in Southern Africa. The legal entity has existed since 2009, and now, provides local as well as expatriate, contract and permanent, candidates, for corporate companies as well as the full project life-cycle. We recruit and headhunt for large scale projects and clients, and provide mass staffing and recruitment outsourcing services. We partner with our clients in ensuring that priority roles are filled on time and within budget. Boolean is focused on hard-to-fill and scarce skills roles, and is capable of success due to its network, industry understanding and ongoing research.
