BoomerBody.ca is your source for blogs, books, and exercise downloads & videos specifically designed for Baby Boomers - for both those who have fallen behind on their healthcare and those who haven't. We address issues that other fitness & health trariners and companies don't and you can access our information and follow our programs wherever you are - at home, the gym, outdoors, travelling, at work, or away on business, for pleasure, or both - so that you can keep yourself healthy wherever you are. Why are we passionate and dedicated? Becuase we are Boomers. Boomers are the first generation that will not only live the longest of any generation but we also have the health care & money to enjoy our extra time, follow our interests, & explore more of the world while staying the most healthy and fit of any generation yet. Society and our own personal self-limiting beliefs have conditioned us to believe that we will become less capable & more physically inhibited as we age. But, we don't believe that at BoomerBody! We believe you can be as fit and fabulous as you like by understanding the mind-body connections all humans have and using them to re-form your attitudes, beliefs, & approaches to fitness & well-being. There really is no finish line when it comes to taking care of ourselves and taking care of ourselves does not have to be arduous or hard work. So follow us and share us with your friends.
