Advice and litigation practice – with regard to international trade law en transportation law (in particular road, sea en inland shipping, physical distribution, etc.) drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and general conditions in this field. • Legal services in the field of trade & industry, transport, logistics, engineering, shipbuilding, offshore, oil & gas,(international) contracts, warranty claims. • Broad experience in dealing with technical liability and warranty matters. • Drafting and reviewing (international) contracts of sale, production and maintenance for technical systems including ships engines, shipbuilding, CHP (combined heat and power) plants, power units/generator sets/ pump/firefighting/Electrical systems for ships, FPSO vessels, etc, and oil & gas industry; drafting and reviewing Engineering, Procurement & Construction contracts for the development and production of Systems for energy generation, monitoring and distribution (including renewable energy and biomass systems). • Predominantly active for shipyards, maritime and technical suppliers of custom-built equipment for the shipping/offshore industry, technical and maritime production companies, carriers (rail, sea, road and inland navigation) and companies providing related services such as shipping and forwarding agents.
