Organic Tea, evaporated cane juice, and a great example of nature workin' together- the mother SCOBY (it stands for Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast). One of our earliest discoveries in the art of fermentation (you're familiar with that.Beer.Wine.Yogurt.Pickles.we could go on- you get the idea)- This bubbly-tart-sweet beverage has been around for more than years (and our culture is more than 40 years old!), we're just adding some flair- like organic juices and local love- and bottling it up for all of you to enjoy, right here in Apple Valley, Minnesota.
