In a little over 10 years Borgo Egnazia has gained a unique position as a high-end travel destination, becoming an icon of Puglian hospitality worldwide. Borgo Egnazia obtains the official Great Place to Work certification in Italy, confirming itself as a quality workplace, attentive to its people and capable of spreading a positive organizational culture. For Borgo Egnazia, the Great Place to Work certification joins other recognitions in this area, such as the "Top Employers Italia" certification (obtained in 2023 for the fourth consecutive year) and the "Company for generation Z" award, established by the business school Radar Academy, to highlight companies that invest in policies and practices for the benefit of young people from generation Z.
