Borgosesia Spa

Borgosesia is a joint stock company listed on the Euronext Milan -EXM- market promoted and managed by Borsa Italiana, the Italian Stock Exchange. Through the Real Estate division, Borgosesia focusses its business on the acquisition of real estate assets and, in particular, residential buildings under construction, located in the main urban centres. In parallel with this division – and sometimes operating in synergy - is the BGS Alternative Investments division, which concentrates on the development of securities investments with a focus on so-called "Distressed Opportunities" regarding fiscal and non-dispute pending loans, equity investments and passively managed industrial assets capable of generating, like real estate, significant economic returns over a time period of 30/36 months.
