We help individuals take control of their own lives and happiness through appropriate support, assistance, guidance and coaching. We specialise in supporting clients to develop independence in and outside the home. We especially love taking clients on Outward Bound adventures such as hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, bike riding (including mountain bike riding) and running.
