The BORO Sugar Shack Candy Store invites you to come and be "a kid in a candy store". Take a trip down memory lane with our selection of nostalgic candies, enjoy a sweet sample of our fudge that we make in house, plus we stock the trending candies, delicious truffles and so much more.But we are more than just a candy store. What makes the BORO Sugar Shack so sweet? The store is operated by the Westborough Public Schools' Bridging Over to Right Opportunities (BORO) Program, which provides vocational and adult-skills education for young adults aged 18-22 with disabilities. The students are active in the everyday activities of running the Sugar Shack; making fudge, packaging truffles, bagging sweets, working on corporate custom orders, taking inventory, customer service, and so much more.They're learning life skills and sharing sweet treats along the way.
