Grigore-Octavian Borontis started BORO CONCEPT in 2016. The idea behind the project started in 2016 with the Erasmus+Com4You Project nr. 2014-2RO01-KA205-013237 with the scope to develop a Youth Community-Based Oral Health Learning (YCBOHL) Model for enhancing the oral health literacy of young population and to prove how the implementation of the model can improve oral health of youth. The project was a success and was named in 2016 as an European best practice by The Platform for Better Oral Health in Europe, the joint initiative that supports a common European approach towards improved oral health education, promotion, and access to care in Europe.
