Boroume

Το Μπορούμε είναι μία μη κερδοσκοπική οργάνωση με σκοπό τον περιορισμό της σπατάλης τροφίμων & την καταπολέμηση του υποσιτισμού στην Ελλάδα. Από το 2012 έχουμε σώσει & προσφέρει >80 εκατ. μερίδες τρόφιμα σε 650 κοινωφελείς φορείς σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Ταυτόχρονα μέσω των δράσεων μας έχουμε συμβάλει ώστε 125 εκατ. κιλά CO2 να μην εκλυθούν στην ατμόσφαιρα. Αναλυτικά οι αριθμοί μας Έχουμε λάβει το Βραβείο Ευρωπαίου Πολίτη 2017 από το Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο ενώ από το 2016 είμαστε ενεργό μέλος της Πλατφόρμας ΕΕ για την Απώλεια και Σπατάλη Τροφίμων. Boroume (“We Can”) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce food waste and to fight malnutrition in Greece. Since 2012 we have saved & offered portions of food to 650 charitable institutions, soup kitchens and municipal social services all over Greece. In addition, the food we have saved is estimated at 125m kg CO2 eq that were not released into the atmosphere. Our numbers: Boroume has been awarded the European Citizenship Award 2017 by the European Parliament and is an active member of the EU Platform on Food Losses and Food Waste since its creation in 2016.
