Launched in 2008 based on original research into entrepreneurial behavior, the company (originally called BOSI Global) brought the original breakthrough to the marketplace. From 2008-2015 BOSI Global focused on deploying the BOSI methodology into companies around the world through a network of certified business advisors/coaches. Over business leaders from around the world were assessed during this time and the BOSI method is now used in companies, universities and nonprofits around the world. From 2015-2018 another phase of research began in conjunction with other thought leaders in business. Frameworks that complement BOSI - and help leaders build strategy in areas like revenue generation, M&A, succession planning and exit - were integrated into the platform. We then rebranded to Big Tent Frameworks. Today, we are engaged to help companies go through high growth and prepare for succession or exit. Each Principal at BTF either runs a successful company of their own or recently exited one. We co-invest in some companies together and have a global network of private equity and other fundings sources we bring into deals if they are highly specialized or outside our investment parameters.
