Bostick Law Office

Christina J. Bostick started Bostick Law Office as a consulting business in 2014 to assist young entrepreneurs and philanthropist open businesses and organizations, enabling them to take on leadership roles in their communities and effect change in new and inspiring ways. Since then, the businesses and organizations she started with have grown into movements in their own right. While Christina remains involved in these endeavors to date, her small consulting business quickly ballooned into a thriving legal practice when she recognized grave injustices in lawsuits brought against undeserving citizens and the mistreatment and exploitation of working-class people by powerhouse law firms. As a result, Christina continues to expand her practice into avenues that seek to address injustices through the court room, as well as the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Christina is experienced in all aspects of litigation across a broad spectrum of practice areas. She handles trial preparation and practice, motions practice, discovery, fact-finding and financial investigations, contract negotiation and enforcement. She has tried, mediated and arbitrated claims arising from family, property and employment disputes, among other areas. As a result of this diverse and comprehensive training in and exposure to varied practices, Christina is a multi-talented attorney with strong advocacy skills and creative problem-solving technique. Christina attended Spelman College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. Immediately following her undergraduate education, she earned a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center as a Keller Foundation Scholarship recipient. While there, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Modern Critical Race Perspectives. Her student note explores the history of comedy in the African-American community and the complicated way in which Black humor affects racial and interracial relations.
