We source our funding through private investors by offering them 12% returns secured by bricks and mortar. We acquire properties from owners that are motivated to sell for a variety of reasons. These include: facing repossession, bankruptcy, mortgage stress, drowning in debt, divorce, unemployment, tenant problems, property requiring major repairs, deceased estate, job transfers, portfolio liquidation etc. We are able to solve these real estate challenges in a fast and efficient manner when traditional options are inadequate or time is running out. Our private investors use cash, lines of credit, terms deposits, inheritances, self-managed superannuation funds. This system of funding bypasses traditional lending red tape allowing us to settle transactions quickly and provide our private money investors with excellent returns. Once the acquisition process is complete, we either renovate the properties and offer them for re-sale on the retail market or keep them as rental properties.
