After more than forty years of providing residential support, autism services, day programs, counseling, and more to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges, the Boundless family of nonprofit companies is proud to add primary and dental care to our suite of services and programs through the creation of a new nonprofit, Boundless Health. Launching this fall, Boundless Health will be a convenient, integrated hub of person-centered care for our patients, offering mental health, behavioral health, primary and preventative healthcare, dental care, and more.
