Boutique Law can assist with the many issues which arise in connection with criminal, extradition and regulatory law. Our partners are from different professional backgrounds and between us we have extensive and varied experience of serious and complex criminal, extradition and regulatory matters, as well as advocacy, policy and review work. We are supported by a small team of lawyers who also have considerable experience in the fields in which we specialise. We have acted for individuals before tribunals ranging from the Magistrates’ Court to the Supreme Court and we regularly defend individuals and companies in investigations and proceedings brought by a broad range of investigative, regulatory and prosecuting agencies. We are able to handle matters from the very large to the more contained, and from high profile cases in the media spotlight to those which need complete discretion. Our work often has an international or multi-jurisdictional dimension. We have dealt with investigations and prosecutions in over fifty countries and have longstanding relationships with an extensive network of international legal professionals. Since Boutique Law was founded in 2017 by Anand Doobay and Christina Russell, we have prided ourselves on providing an individual, responsive and efficient service. We are meticulous in our approach to the law, to evidence and to evidence-gathering. We liaise closely with our clients to assess their aims and needs so that we can understand both the legal risks and the environments in which our clients are operating. This allows us to determine the best strategy and we work pragmatically and effectively towards the best possible outcome for each client, however difficult their circumstances.
