In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we strategically transitioned to a centralized production kitchen, placing a heightened emphasis on delivery services. Key Milestones- Central Production Kitchen: January 2020 - Present - The Theatre at Mall of the Emirates: January 2020 - August 2023 - F&B Cafe serving coffee, bakery items, customized cookies, and popcorn for both daily and weekend shows- Catering services for events such as Chalhoub Group gatherings, The Grooming Company Team Leading, Banksy Exhibition Opening, and the Expo 2020 Mexican Pavilion- Established as a reputable supplier for workshops and Christmas markets- Higher College of Technology - HCT Dubai Women’s College: October 2023 - Present - F&B Cafe featuring a diverse menu of coffee, bakery items, salads, and sandwiches- Active management of student social life events, incorporating personalized culinary offerings. Delivery Platforms- Exclusive partnership with Deliveroo and in-house delivery services for all dessert items (boxed)- Online retailing of themed occasional items. Finger Food Catering: Specializing in finger food catering services for private gatherings, corporate events, and special occasions.
