We created the business of international retained Executive Search over 75 years ago and today we continue to drive innovation in the industry that we created. We are trusted advisors specialized in Senior Executive Search, Leadership Consulting, and Interim Management for a diverse client base that includes Fortune 500 companies worldwide, other multinationals, small and middle-market companies, start-ups, as well as Public and Non-Profit organizations. Today the operation has seven Partners - Luís Melo, Fernando Neves de Almeida, Luís Aguiar, João Guedes Vaz, Nuno Freitas, Andreia Barbosa, and Bernardo Costa Macedo - within a universe of more than twenty people, covering all the Portuguese market and extending the operation to Angola and Mozambique. Through Boyden’s office network, the Portuguese office also manages searches all over the world.
