Bulgarian Property Developments (BPD) is property investment company established in 2004 with the intention of investing in Bulgaria. BPD was the first company specializing in Bulgaria to be listed on AIM, the second tier market of the London Stock Exchange. BPD owns and manages properties in key location with GLA more than 60 sqm development projects approximately 400 sqm. Since 2009 BPD became part of the Tavistock group - privately held Investment Company founded by Joe Lewis more than 35 years ago.
