BPEC Consulting is part of the Callidus Advisors, LLC group of companies which are each focused on their client’s success in their respective endeavors. We define the common theme within the group by the phrase “Excellence by Design” and encourage all of our clients to go beyond “what is” and fully explore “what is possible”. We are, first and foremost, dedicated to the proposition that quality results are a direct consequence of quality design. Given the adage “pay me now or pay me later”, we believe the effort expended in the design phase of an engineering project has a direct bearing on the results achieved. Our mission is to deliver on the philosophy of “let’s get it right the first time” so you only have to pay us now and avoid the need to pay somebody else later. The staff of BPEC Consulting consists of senior technical advisors who each have a wide range of real-world experience based on doing the engineering. These individuals have achieved a number of successes as well as incurring a few notable failures along the way. We find the failures to be of particular value to our clients in that we can often speak to what to do wrong in the design and execution of a project just as effectively as focusing on what to do right. Our staff shares an uncommonly high level of intellectual integrity that keeps us focused on the world as it is and use that view as a point of departure for the pursuit of excellence in their chosen area of expertise. This orientation enables us to maintain the level of personal and professional integrity which our clients expect.
