Bpifrance Large Cap

Through the Bpifrance Large Cap team, Bpifrance invests its own balance sheet in unlisted and listed companies (€20bn assets under management) and also as the GP of the Lac1 fund (a public equity fund with an investment capacity over €4bn). The Large Cap team invests from 15 M€ to several hundreds of m€ in growing mid-sized and large companies with a strong French footprint, to accelerate their organic development, foster their innovation and assist their external growth, in France and abroad. We act as a long-term minority shareholder involved in the corporate governance of our portfolio Via son équipe Bpifrance Large Cap, Bpifrance investit sur ses fonds propres dans des sociétés non-cotées et cotées (20 Mds€ d'actifs sous gestion), et en tant que GP du fonds Lac1 (un fonds d'une capacité d'investissement de 4 Mds€ dédié aux sociétés cotées). L'équipe Large Cap investit de 15 m€ à plusieurs centaines de m€ dans les ETIs et grandes entreprises en croissance disposant d'une forte présence en France, pour accélérer leur développement, stimuler leurs efforts d'innovation, et les assister dans leurs croissances externes, en France et à l'international. Nous sommes un actionnaire minoritaire et de long terme, impliqué dans la gouvernance de nos participations.
