BPM is a provider of mezzanine financing in the Baltic region and Poland with an aim to support experienced management teams in their efforts to grow and expand their businesses. As an independent investment company with no ties to any financial institutions, it is managed by a team of four partners with extensive experience in mezzanine investing and an established contact network in the target region. BPM has capital commitments of EUR 70 million, supported by a prominent investor base. BPM has no sectoral focus and can consider a wide range of opportunities. BPM does not aim to participate in daily management of investee companies, as it trusts and partners with the management teams it invests in.
