PT. BPR Sejahtera Artha Sembada is one of the rural banks incorporated in the ANS Group. Headquartered on Jl. Raya Ahmad Yani 5A Wiradesa, Pekalongan Regency. PT BPR Sejahtera Artha Sembada became one of the first private rural banks in Pekalongan to succeed in an effort to encourage community economic growth through lending to SMEs. Starting from the acquisition process of PT. BPR Swadharma Weleri, by ANS group in November 2005 with assets of 2.8 Billion, and paid-up capital value of only 375 million rupiah. to meet BPR's capital requirements according to PBI NO. 8/26/PBI/06, Zainal Abidinsyah Siregar (Owner of 99.5% shares in PT. ANS) deposited 625 million rupiah in shares. In 2006 in the GMS of ANS Group, it was decided to relocate PT. BPR Swadharma Weleri to Pekalongan while PT. BPR BPR Swadharma Cepiring relocated to Weleri On September 9, 2006 PT. BPR Swadarma Weleri Legally and officially relocated to Pekalongan and in February 2007, finally PT. BPR Swadharma Weleri changed its name to PT. BPR Sejahtera Artha Sembada.
