Bpyp Consultancy

BPYP Consultancy is a Brussels-based practice covering three complementary services for IT-driven organisations. Recruitment & permanent placement. In partnership with the Cyrius Partners network, BPYP recruits technical profiles for Belgian companies, primarily for permanent positions (CDI). BPYP operates as a Cyrius Partner, leveraging their methodology, ATS and client portfolio. Service delivery & people management. BPYP supports Belgian organisations on service delivery (SLA governance, KPI frameworks, major incident coordination, ITIL continual service improvement) and on developing operational people through team coaching and leadership development for tech leads and middle managers, drawing on hands-on experience leading IT, telecom and fintech operations. Outsourcing & offshoring advisory. For organisations evaluating offshore or nearshore delivery models, BPYP supports the full lifecycle: feasibility studies, vendor selection, knowledge transfer, and operational setup across multiple time zones. BPYP is led by Chaimae Mesfioui and Saïd Asabdoun. Chaimae brings extensive expertise across banking & insurance; Saïd contributes 20+ years of operational leadership in IT, telecom & fintech (BICS/Proximus, Isabel Group, Moody's Corporation). Together, they bring dual-domain DNA to every engagement: financial-services insight paired with deep operational expertise.
