This includes in brief the Design, Design / consulting engineer’s drawings, Design reports, Site and Workshop inspections as required and professional engineers sign-off. This can be provided to any code or standard and client’s specification. Shop detailing of structural steel and structural / mechanical plate work to expected industry standards and norms for the South African, African, European and Australian mining and industrial sectors. Concrete detailing inclusive of layouts, rebar schedules and reinforcing layout drawings. To produce the above we use the latest in software and hardware technology. Using our integrated intelligent 3D modelling capability, we are able to produce accurate plant models inclusive of piping, cable racking, mechanical and larger electrical components. For brownfields, 3rd party 3D scanning technology can be used to produce an accurate 3D model of the existing so as to provide a seamless integration. The advantage of using this technology is that over a couple of plant upgrades / modifications our clients ultimately could have a complete 3D model of their entire plant which would ease the way for future planning.
