Our Mission Statement: Over the past 30 years, Mongolia has transformed into a vibrant democracy, tripling its GDP per capita since 1991. More recently, over the past decade, Mongolia’s economy has continued to grow rapidly and has made significant progress in reducing poverty and improving the population's quality of life. To achieve such results, Mongolia has spared no expense in modernisation of its infrastructure. At “BR Advisory PMC” LLC, it is our foremost mission to ensure International Contractors entering this new landscape or continuing operations in Mongolia are supported in every step of the process starting from the tendering stage, creating connections with honest and reliable local construction specialist counterparts, and providing backing all the way through to project completion. Bayar Zorigt and Richard Sampson, the founding partners of “BR Advisory PMC” LLC, have combined experience of almost 60 years working in the Construction and Project Management sectors globally, both as employees and consultants. Joining forces, both partners also offer over 15 years of experience working in the Mongolian construction sector. Coming from an engineering background, project success propped up by culture of safety, quality, strong teamwork and a “best for the project" approach is the primary focus for Bayar and Richard.
