Bra Smyth

Bra Smyth's New York roots go back three generations and 80 years, starting in 1932 with a store in the Bronx. Our flagship store is now on Madison Avenue, and our current staff offers over 100 years of combined experience. The Bra Smyth concept originated in 1991 with the opening of Village Bra Smyth, in New York's fashionable Greenwich Village area. So extensive was the demand for our store's dedicated and upscale approach to intimate wear that, in 1994, we moved "uptown" to 905 Madison Avenue (between 72nd and 73rd Streets), on New York's exclusive Upper East Side. The Bra Smyth stores carrie over bras and Europe's finest bathing suits in stock year round. We also staff trained fitters and full-time seamstresses to fit and customize our bras and loungewear. Since the opening of our store the demand has grown and with it our desire to expand. We began our catalogs and moved the headquarters to San Jose, California. In addtion, brings in orders from all over the country.
