Brahmi Oriental Wellness

The Oriental Wellness concept is the beguinning of a vast number of services that we provide to general public and companies. We start from our base in Parede / Cascais / Portugal with 200m2, with 4 main areas- Brahmi SPA (Oriental Therapies, Massages, Consultations, to relax as well as to treat any possible problem.)- Brahmi CLASSES (Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Oriental Dances, Meditation, Pilates.)- Brahmi SHOP (small oriental products, like teas, incenses, yoga mats, books, music.)- Brahmi Education (courses, seminars, presentation, small concerts.) that give more informations about the issues that we work daily. our 5th area is- Brahmi PERSONAL & CORPORATE, where we develop all the previous areas, both for people at their home or companies (Oriental Wellness Day's for employees, combining relaxing moments with educational programs to face stress or to develop emotional inteligence, are some of our services).
