Helping children and adults to overcome learning, sensory, emotional & behavioural challenges through Rhythmic Movement Training (RMTi) and the ILS Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) whilst also helping adults to perform to the best of their ability in the workplace. RMTI can help us think more clearly and function to the best of our ability, making an RMTI a perfect workshop for a team away day with movements to take away for daily use (often less than 10 minutes) to maintain the improved level of performance.
