Brain FUNdamentals® helps children and adults unlock their full potential through movement-based learning, Brain Gym®, and Primitive Reflex Integration. Based in Westborough, MA and serving families across Central Massachusetts, we specialize in helping individuals with ADHD, anxiety, sensory processing challenges, learning differences, and emotional regulation struggles. Our unique one-on-one sessions use natural, brain-body approaches to create lasting change — often when other strategies haven’t worked. We support the nervous system through purposeful movement, rhythm, and reflex integration, helping clients find greater ease in learning, behavior, and daily life. In addition to working with children, we also offer adult sessions in Brain Gym®, reflex work, and energy healing, as well as professional development workshops and training for educators and parents.
