We strive to help clients explore the science behind their symptoms and explore tangible, evidence-based treatment interventions. We can diagnose mental health conditions and will come up with a treatment plan that may include prescription medications, supplements, dietary strategies, and/or lifestyle modifications to help you perform at your very best. We do not offer formal psychotherapy at this time, but we do encourage a combined approach to mental health treatment for most patients and may provide referrals to outside therapists as appropriate.
