At Brainfit® World, we are New Zealand-based cognitive wellness educators offering a range of online and face-to-face training programmes, books, and support resources designed to empower individuals to take control of their cognitive health, regardless of age. Our evidence-based programmes educate people about how memory works and provide practical strategies to keep it sharp, helping to avoid memory loss, brain overload, and burnout. Initially developed by our founders, ‘The Memory Sisters’— Dr Allison Lamont and Gillian Eadie, our Brainfit® programmes are based on the internationally acclaimed memory loss research conducted by clinical psychologist Dr. Allison Lamont.
