Brainspotting Help

With more than 150 armed conflicts worldwide and a tenfold increase in natural disasters, millions of people are suffering and at risk of developing post-traumatic stress disorder. Yet access to mental health care remains a major barrier. We, the Brainspotting Help Foundation, provide vital psychological Brainspotting support and connect survivors with mental health professionals. Discovered and developed by David Grand, Ph.D, over 20 years ago, Brainspotting uses eye positions to help unlock and process difficult emotions and traumas, and has proven effective in healing those affected.
