Braithwaite Energy

Starting up in 2009, Braithwaite Energy's core business comes from the provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for commercial property owners and landlords. It has grown steadily since 2009 and now provides several services including floor plans, lease plans, measured surveys and asbestos surveys. In response to changing legislation, Braithwaite Energy is frequently asked to advise clients on how to improve the energy efficiency of their property portfolios. We now also provide clients with our EPC Ready Report which reviews the energy rating, advises on the improvements to their property along with costs and pay back periods. Braithwaite Energy is based in London but provides full UK coverage for its clients who range from individual landlords to large property companies and institutions.
