Attorney Brandon Culter has been practicing for 21 years. Brandon’s practice emphasizes estate and business planning and administration. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of planning matters, including: educational savings vehicles; guardianship; stock options; disability; retirement plans; asset protection; dispositive provisions; business formation; business succession; and gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax matters. He focuses on working together with clients and their other professional advisors to build plans that meet or exceed the client's needs and goals. Brandon frequently gives talks on estate planning issues for the benefit of the public and other professionals. He has had articles published in the Denver Business Journal and Colorado Lawyer. He has also contributed to the Colorado Estate Planning Forms book, commonly known as “The Orange Book,” a collection of forms for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents for use by Colorado attorneys.
