Broker-Owner, Shellie Bratton, has been a licensed agent since She graduated college in 1990 with a Finance degree from Missouri State (formerly known as Southwest Missouri State University). She left her initial corporate career in to pursue her passion for real estate and is currently building a company of agents with that same passion who are able to provide top level service to their clients. Bratton Realty services the entire St. Louis area and surrounding counties such as St. Charles county, parts of Jefferson county, and Lincoln county. We also have great recommendations and connections to great agents outside of these areas, not just Illinois but anywhere in the United States. All Bratton Realty agents are licensed and members of the St. Louis or St. Charles Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. The main objective here is to protect the client’s best interest. Our agents will tell you if we feel you would be overpaying, or make you aware of any resale issues, even if it means we don't make a paycheck. Bottom line, we care about our clients.
