PEER SUPPORT Our Talking to Peers, Support Sessions are a safe open space for us come together & ground. So that we can better hear our own voice and needs BRAVING WORKSHOPS Learning the tools to overcome life & relationship challenges. Developing an understanding of Shame & Vulnerability, and learning techniques to help ground & bring you back to YOU. ART & CREATIVE SESSIONS Let's Get CREATIVE! Art is an amazing way to get your emotions and expressions out, it gives you a direct object to channel any of your energy into, and lose yourself in it.
