Bravest Awards Dinner

RECOGNIZING NEW YORK CITY FIREFIGHTERS THAT HAVE ACTED ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. The Bravest Awards Dinner has been saluting New York’s Bravest since 1992. Over that time we have awarded hundreds of firefighters, seated thousands of Firefighters, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in support of Firefighters that were injured. We have also helped many families of our fallen Brothers through our annual raffle for the New York Bravest Foundation, Inc. There are many acts of heroism that occur on the job daily for New York City Firefighters - as well as every firefighter in the world - and it’s virtually impossible to recognize them all. They respond to more alarms then the next three largest cities in America combined. Each day numerous acts of heroism are performed that go unnoticed and it is our mission to recognize that special something that makes them the Bravest. This is a non-department event that is fully funded by our sponsors and it gives the members the opportunity to tell their story like it’s never been told before. There have been both many a tear, and many smiles as our Bravest are presented their award and tell their story.
