The Storyboard Room: Ask an Intern offers knowledge and advice to those college students and artist wanting to get into the entertainment industry, particularly animation, but have no idea where to start. I'll be posting topics from how to land an internship at a top animation studio to pitching your work to high-level studio executives. I'll even give you a behind the scenes look from the people who work in the industry with interviews from employees and interns at Nickelodeon Animation Studios, DreamWorks Animation, Blue Sky Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, and Walt Disney Animation Studios. A little bit about myself: I am currently producing a cartoon short with Nickelodeon called "The Outsiders" as the creator and writer. He also interned at Warner Bros. Records as an International Marketing Intern, at Nickelodeon as a Vault/Post Production Intern, and at DreamWorks as a Production Intern. I hope you share my love for entertainment and animation and will get some good use from this blog in some way!
