Bravo SCM exists to assist the small and medium sized manufacturing and service organization with specific operations or supply chain issues, and provide advice and necessary coaching to succeed in resolving issues or implementing improvements. Our firm will provide significant value at a modest cost, and will target projects to be short in duration and affordable in total cost to the organization. With significant managerial experience, our consultants strive to provide the recommendations for improvement, but prefer that the client handle the execution of the solution. Our long-term desire with our clients is to understand their business, in order to provide applicable recommendations as they grow, diversify, encounter significant competition, or need to undertake activities to improve any operational elements (cost, quality, delivery).
