Bread and Bun specializes in making traditional organic delicious, and healthy bread. We make our bread using traditional recipes from Denmark. The dough is made with a minimum amount of yeast and slow rises for many hours which gives the bread a unique flavor, a nice soft crumb with irregular air pockets and a wonderful crust. All of our bread is baked daily with organic, natural ingredients and without the use of preservatives.
