Started as an Artisan Bakery producing exceptional sourdough breads. Through the years bread republic established a bread point of sale and a café/restaurant in the Hamra district of Beirut. A pizzeria followed in the Ashrafieh district just next door to the bakery. The wine room became the latest addition to the company.
