At BreakTheGap we focus on gendered aspects of the career in a post-equal opportunities world and provide consulting for gender balanced organizations. We analyze the interaction between formal equal opportunity in organizations programs and internal policies and the extent to which organizational process (promotion, recruitment, economic benefits, amongst others) continue to obstruct women's career advancement. We identify business opportunities and help design strategies that will make a better workplace for everyone.
