Having always been passionate about helping people to develop their potential and live the life they’ve always wanted, I came up with the concept of personal development retreats as a direct result of talking with clients. Although tackling personal issues in the form of hourly sessions is undoubtedly helpful, increasingly I found there was a need for a more concentrated, focused and integrated experience that allowed clients to work on their issues on a one-to-one basis over several days. With this in mind, I decided to establish Breakthrough Retreats in 2006 with a simple mission – to show clients how to be at one with themselves and regain self-esteem and self-confidence.
