Breakwater Inspections is a property services company located in Maine that specializes in home inspections and related services. All of our services are competitively priced with the best interests of our clients in mind. Discounts are available should you have more than one property inspected. Breakwater Inspections is owned and operated by John Lindley-Howard, a Certified Professional Property Inspector. Inspections are performed 7 days per week, and every effort is made to best accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients. A typical inspection will take between 2 and 3 hours, and depends upon several factors which include the size of the property, the overall condition, age, and complexity of the systems.
