Breakwater Preservation Conservancy

Our public charity recognizes the importance of cultural and historical artifacts, such as Stillwater Mill; our goal at Breakwater Preservation Conservancy is to maintain these structures for the benefit of local communities. Breakwater Preservation Conservancy acquired Stillwater Mill and Dam in 2009. The Stillwater Dam site is an ongoing community project, aimed at the renovation of the of the old mill site, returning the watershed hydrology to a natural state, and installation of a hydroelectric power generator.
